The dividers are truly a godsend. You can now separate your cigars and better distribute the space in the humidor. The height is just a bit too low though. I smoke a lot of thicker cigars (gauge 50+) and when I stack them two high, they are above the dividers and the tray ends up resting on top of the cigars.

Most of these are just fine, they fit snugly into the humidor grooves. However, some have been shaped so they fit too loosely, therefore they can lean to one side or another too much. These serve their purpose though and are nice to help divide cigar types.
